RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We hope you love our products! 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. 

Clearance or sale items cannot be returned.

Opened and used items are non-refundable.

Original shipping costs are not refundable. 

You can return unopened items in its original packaging within 5 days of confirmation of your delivery. 

They must be unused. 

 

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

 

1. Contact us at verdelifeco@gmail.com

2. Pack your item carefully so that your purchase will arrive undamaged.

3. Include the packing slip or order number in the box.

4. Ship your purchase to 7027 W Broward Blvd # 291, Plantation, FL 33317.  Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping.

5. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we notify you via email if you are entitled to a return.  We will process the refund within 5 business days to your original form of payment.  If 5 days or more have passed since confirmation of delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

6. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price excluding the shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee; A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on packaging slip, receipt, or invoice. 

Shipping charges for all returns must be paid and insured by the customer.
