Are you on the weary quest of trying to find a natural shampoo that’s sulfate free, lathers beautifully, AND is pH balanced? Well step right up good customer! We have a shampoo bar for you that’s all those things and more! Ours cleans using only the gentlest natural sulfate free ingredients, while still having the most luxurious lather and being tough enough to clean the most oily of hair. Each bar is infused with the hair-loving Nettle herb and has the refreshing scent of a springtime meadow. We never use synthetic fragrances so your scalp is getting all the benefits of real peppermint, lavender, rosemary, and lemon essential oils. Keep your locks luxurious, lustrous, and lucky!
Each bar is approximately 2.7 oz and should last at least 50 washes or longer if you have short hair. A little goes a long way.
***Our shampoo bar is not a traditional soap bar (soaps have a high pH) so it doesn’t leave a film on your hair as many do, and no vinegar rinse is needed.
***It’s very important that you store the bars in an area that allows them to completely dry out between uses. It’s best to use a well draining soap dish like the ones we offer in our shop.
If you intend to use this shampoo bar while traveling, I recommend selecting the travel tin addition in the drop down menu. It’s important to note that you should not store your bar in these if it’s wet since it can turn mushy and not last as long. I recommend taking a few rubber bands with you to put around the tin to make a makeshift soap dish. See the last photo in the slide to see what I mean.

ABOUT OUR BARS
What do you mean by “pH balanced?”
When it comes to hair care, “pH balanced” means that a product should test between a pH of 4.5 and 5.5. Hair has a pH of around 5. Using a product that has a pH far out of this range can damage hair over time. A hair product that has too high of a pH will raise the cuticles on your hair strands and leave hair looking dull and much more likely to tangle. Our bars test close to a pH of 5.
Why sulfate free?
Sulfates are commonly added to shampoos because they are effective at cleaning.. sometimes a little too effective. Over time, sulfates can corrode and damage hair follicles, dry out the hair and scalp, or lead to skin irritations and hair loss. We use only the most gentle sulfate free surfactants made from coconut oil and glucose that are still able to effectively clean your hair without stripping it dry and all while giving you an amazing lather.
Why a bar?
When you buy a bottle of shampoo, what you’re mostly getting is water. Bar shampoo is made without water so it’s super condensed. They last much longer and no need for the plastic. Did you know only about 10% of plastic in use ever gets recycled? Every bar is equal to at least one or several bottles of shampoo that you’re saving from a landfill. Plus they’re TSA compliant!
 
INSTRUCTIONS
Wet hair and rub the bar from roots to ends. A little goes a long way. Massage the lather into hair and scalp and rinse clean. Finish by using our conditioner bar. It is very important to store the bar in an area that allows it to completely dry out between uses. It’s best to use a well draining soap dish.
